【工作內容】
作為華邦的(竹北)NAND Flash產品工程師，你將運用程式語言協助產品工程師分析失效率及問題來源，致力於提供符合客戶需求的精良產品。工作內容包含：
1. 產品客訴失效分析（Customer Failure Return）：問題定義、重現、量測、5-Why/FTA 根因分析與改善追蹤
2. 協助跨部門（設計／製程／測試／FAE）進行異常調查，並提供技術說明
3. 維護、整合工程分析工具
4. 撰寫客訴工程報告，於時程內回覆客戶並必要時參與技術會議
【條件要求】
學歷要求：大學
科系要求：電機電子工程相關
相關經驗：2年以上
語言能力：英文 中級
管理責任：No

其他條件：
(1) 具備半導體元件操作基礎知識
(2) 具備基礎程式語言能力，能閱讀與修改測試／驗證程式碼
(3) 具備問題分析能力，可獨立執行問題定義、重現、量測與根因分析
(4) 良好溝通協調能力，能跨部門合作
(5) 中英文文件撰寫能力佳
(6) 加分條件：
• 有 NAND Flash 產品工程、測試工程或 FA 經驗
• 具 Python / JMP / Power BI 等資料分析工具能力
• 具有處理客訴（RMA / Field Return）或 Automotive 品質要求經驗
