Job Description

To perform professional manicure, pedicure, paraffin treatments, Gel application, Acrylic (Liquid & Powder Enhancements) and Gel Extensions. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care, resulting in repeat client visits and increased sales in the salon.

Job Location : Dubai & Abu Dhabi 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

· To be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.

· Be welcoming, friendly, professional and tactful in all communications with clients.

· Perform full consultation with the clients to understand their nail condition and needs.

· Provide excellent manicure and pedicure services.

· Provide paraffin treatments & perform excellent Gel, Acrylic and Gel Extensions application.

· Recommend a nail care program as per the clients needs.

· Discuss with clients the various treatment options and their cost implications.

· Responsible for serving clients in an appropriate and professional manner, understanding the clients needs and making sure of client satisfaction.

· Educating the clients and recommending products to help the clients maintain perfect nail/hand/feet conditions.

· Attending all required technical training sessions, nail seminars and keeping up to date with new products, techniques and trends and reviewing trade publications.

· Retailing appropriate nail care products.

· Ensure that personal grooming and appearance standards are maintained at all times.

· Maintain and update equipment, products, services and standards as required.

· Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients in these areas.

· Promote the products and services.

· Communicate to management any and all occurrence involving staff or clients in the salon that require attention.

· Handle clients questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

· Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by clients ensuring complete client satisfaction.

· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

· Maintain confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.

· Perform any other related duties as determined necessary by management.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

· Female Candidates with minimum of 2 years experience as a manicurist/pedicurist.

· Minimum of 2 years experience as a Nail Technician.

· Appropriate training, experience and certification.

· Available to work on various schedules including weekends and holidays.

· Excellent communication skills.
