MADI International is looking for a Sales Trainer Nails to join our team in Dubai. This role is a blend of sales and training, where youll not only deliver engaging product demonstrations and coaching but also actively drive nail care product sales and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sell and promote nail care products to salons, retailers, and professionals.
Design & deliver training programs focused on nail care sales and techniques.
Demonstrate proper usage and benefits of nail products to staff & customers.
Coach sales teams on effective selling, upselling & customer engagement.
Monitor training and sales performance, adapting strategies as needed.
Stay updated on market trends and new product launches.
Requirements
Proven sales experience in nail care products (mandatory).
Strong background in live product demonstrations & training
Fluent Russian speaker (mandatory).
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Passion for the beauty and nail care industry.
Ability to work onsite in Dubai.
Nice to Have
Beauty or cosmetology certification.
Experience training in retail or beauty.
Familiarity with digital training tools.
