About the Role

At Bamford Wellness, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nail Technician to join our team at Daylesford Farm in the heart of the Cotswolds.

As part of our award-winning wellness destination, you'll deliver exceptional treatments using natural, sustainable products in a luxurious and tranquil setting. You'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, combining technical expertise with genuine care and attention to detail.

40 hours per week, including weekends.

Salary£27, 934.00 per annum (Weekly Pay) plus commission on retail and treatments.

Main responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nail treatments and experiences using Bamford’s natural and sustainable products.

• Provide warm, professional, and intuitive service, ensuring every guest feels relaxed, cared for, and restored.

• Maintain a pristine and calming treatment environment, reflecting the high standards and ethos of Bamford Wellness Spa.

• Work collaboratively with the spa and reception teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

• Support retail sales by confidently sharing product knowledge and recommendations tailored to each guest’s needs.

• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Nail Technician (any of: VCTC Level 2 Certificate in Nail Treatments, CIBTAC Nail Technician Diploma, ITEC Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 Diploma, BTEC National Award Certificate or Diploma in Beauty Therapy Sciences, NVQ Level 2 (Junior) / Level 3 (Senior).

• High confidence in both natural nail application (Manicures) as well as gel nails required

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a luxury environment.

• A positive, enthusiastic and flexible individual with a can-do attitude

• A genuine interest and passion for beauty and wellness

• A good use of the English language, written and verbal
