Job Description

As a Licensed Nail Technician at milk + honey, you’ll provide personalized nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and gel polish applications, in a relaxing spa setting. Through skilled techniques, attention to detail, and a clean, welcoming treatment space, you’ll help guests feel cared for and restored. Whether you’re newly licensed or bring experience, ongoing training, an established guest base, and benefits support your professional growth and your life beyond work.

Newly licensed? We’ll train you. Our novice program pays $15 per hour plus gratuities during training for up to 90 days, followed by a skills assessment to qualify for a higher pay rate. Professional experience is not required for the novice program.

What you’ll do

• Provide manicures and pedicures with a focus on natural nail care and nail health
• Follow sanitation and safety standards during every service
• Recommend products that support each guest’s nail care routine

What you’ll bring

• A current cosmetology or manicurist license valid in the state where you’ll work
• Experience in, or a willingness to learn, natural nail care and the Manucurist and Dazzle Dry systems
• Your own professional implements; we provide back-bar supplies
• A welcoming attitude, dependability, and a commitment to developing your skills

Pay + career growth

• $15–$34 per service hour, including average gratuity
• Keep 100% of your gratuities

Schedule

This role requires availability for morning and evening shifts, including at least one weekend day each week—Saturday or Sunday. Specific days and shift start times vary by location and available position.
