In this position you will:

• Be a steward of Woodhouse brand and Woodhouse standards.
  
  
• Provide customized massage services and luxurious body treatments.
  
  
• Have access to a clean, orderly, and sanitized environment

Classification: Part-Time or Full-TimeShift: Various – Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

As a Nail Technician, you would be responsible for providing professional nail care treatments

for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial

profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Is a steward of the Woodhouse brand

Performs exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols

Provide professional nail care treatments to include, but not limited to, polish applications, manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, gel nails, acrylics, etc. in accordance with state, local and company health and safety regulations

Utilize, maintain, and conduct inventory of supplies and products and equipment

Maintain cleanliness along with proper disinfectant and sanitation protocols treatment rooms

Ensure product knowledge, and recommend homecare solutions

Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations

Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest service issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner

Perform general Spa duties, as needed

Strives to receive additional continuing education to stay at the top of their profession

Must comply with all company policies and procedures.

Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position.

Must be able to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE


Must have active State License

Luxury Spa experience preferred

Three years Licensed Nail Technician preferred

Nail Technician Classification: Part-Time or Full-Time


Shift: Various – Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

LANGUAGE SKILLS


Must have excellent verbal communication skills

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members

REASONING ABILITY


Ability to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS


Must be able to sit and bend over for most of the day

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.

Must be able to perform multiple services during shift
