Provides outstanding service to our members and their guests in a professional and courteous manner. All members and guests must feel as if they are greeted and treated as a VIP throughout their entire spa experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Arrives to work with ample time to assist with preparation of infused waters and to setup salon to begin member services promptly at 9:00 a.m.
2. Meets and greets all members and guests by name and introduces themselves to all new members.
3. Encourages pre-booking and anticipates requested/repeat clients’ needs and preferences.
4. Provides high-quality nail treatments (manicures and pedicures) and ensures that all treatments are carried out according to regulatory and Club standards. Upholds strict standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and company standards.
5. Performs all duties such as removing and applying polish, exfoliating, cleaning, trimming, and filing nails, and massaging and moisturizing hand and feet for each service as outlined in the service protocols.
6. Performs services within allotted time frame for each treatment as outlined in our menu.
7. Remains current of services and products offered by The Spa and participates in and promotes events, specials, and retail products to members/guests.
8. Addresses any concerns with clients. Advises clients about nail and skin care for hands and feet and informs client of any nail conditions that may require medical or additional attention.
9. Maintains neat and professional treatment areas. Stocks products and linens. Cleans, disinfects and sterilizes equipment and instruments following guidelines and salon room protocols distributed during orientation.
10. Documents each pedicure in daily log as per the State of Florida Department of Health.
