Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and Arabic-speaking Nail Care Sales Trainer to join our team in the North of Emirates. As a Sales Trainer, you will play a key role in training, developing, and empowering our sales team to effectively represent and sell our premium nail care products. This position requires someone who is passionate about the beauty industry, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training programs on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service for the sales team.
  • Train the team on the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our nail care products.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.
  • Assess the teams sales performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve results.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on strategies and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and assessments.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor products to ensure our team remains competitive and well-informed.
  • Regularly evaluate training effectiveness and adjust content as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Native Arabic speaker (essential).
  • Proven experience in sales training in nail care industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, customer engagement, and product training.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills in Arabic (English proficiency is a plus).
  • Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams.
  • Self-driven, with a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse teams.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in the UAE market is preferred
  • UAE Driving License is a must.
