Oracle is seeking a high-performing Data Platform Sales Representative to help Healthcare and Life Sciences organizations transform how they leverage data, analytics, AI, and cloud technologies. This role focuses on strategic enterprise accounts across Providers, Payors, Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, and Research organizations, helping customers modernize data architectures and accelerate business outcomes through Oracle's industry-leading Data Platform and Cloud portfolio.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow strategic Healthcare & Life Sciences accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and key business stakeholders.
• Drive sales of Oracle's Data Platform, Database, Analytics, AI, and Cloud solutions.
• Lead customer discussions around data modernization, AI adoption, analytics transformation, and digital innovation.
• Position Oracle as a strategic partner for multi-cloud and hybrid cloud initiatives spanning OCI, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Generate, manage, and close complex enterprise opportunities while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and forecast.
• Collaborate with Oracle's cloud, AI, industry, and solution engineering teams to deliver customer success.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience.
• Experience selling Data Platform, Database, Analytics, AI, Cloud Infrastructure, SaaS, PaaS, or related solutions.
• Healthcare and/or Life Sciences industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success selling to CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other executive stakeholders.
• Proven track record of exceeding quota and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Understanding of modern data architectures, AI/ML, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Familiarity with multi-cloud strategies involving OCI, AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong prospecting, account planning, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Primary job duty is to sell technology software products and related services in a defined territory. Identifies, qualifies and closes new opportunities. Manages accounts including the entire sales process from business development prospecting and specifications through contract negotiations, signing, and post-sales support. Leverages the Oracle sales model to maximize revenue growth and increase local market share. Builds and expands business partner revenue and self sufficiency.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,600 to $217,700 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
