Job Description

As a NA Quoted Services (NAQS) Sales Specialist within Johnson Controls, Inc., you will play a critical role in supporting the sales and service lifecycle for HVAC systems across a portfolio of National Account customers. This position focuses on reviewing, processing, and managing service quotes for repairs and maintenance of HVAC and life safety systems, ensuring a seamless and professional customer experience from quote to service completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Quote Management & Analysis:

Review and analyze service quotes for HVAC system repairs, upgrades, and maintenance.

Apply customer-specific pricing and formatting using standardized tools and spreadsheets.

Collaborate with estimators and service teams to ensure timely and accurate quote delivery.

Customer & Branch Coordination:

Work closely with local branches, technicians, and internal account teams to confirm customer requirements and portal specifications.

Submit finalized quotes for internal and customer approval via email or customer portals.

Follow up with customers to track approval status and secure purchase orders when required.

Service Execution Support:

Create service requests for approved quotes and coordinate with local offices to schedule work.

Ensure services are completed to customer satisfaction and provide post-service follow-up as needed.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with HVAC customers and internal stakeholders.

Participate in business review meetings, providing insights and updates on account performance and service delivery.

Maintain accurate customer records and service notes in internal systems such as NxGen and manual trackers.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline quoting and service processes.

Support internal initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience in HVAC service sales, quoting, or customer support.

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and service operations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM/service management platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external clients.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $23-$33(Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience,
knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market
data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects
