We are looking for a NA Payroll Union Report Analyst
What you will do:
Payroll Services Analyst is responsible for delivering high-quality payroll services across North America, with a strong focus on employee experience and compliance. This role manages employee-facing processes in Mexico, including payroll portals and benefits, while supporting payroll operations in the U.S. and Canada for Direct Deposit, Tax Elections, Time & Attendance systems, and union reporting. The specialist also contributes to process improvement initiatives, innovation projects, and the integration of new technologies, including AI, to enhance efficiency and service quality.
How you will do it:
Administer employee payroll services in Mexico, including management of payroll receipt portals and meal voucher processes.
Collaborate with HR Advisors to improve service delivery for employees.
Ensure precise and timely processing of payroll benefits and employee requests.
Support payroll operations for the U.S. and Canada, including Direct Deposit setup, Tax Elections (federal and state), and union reporting requirements.
Utilize Time & Attendance systems (NxGen, Kronos) to maintain accurate data for payroll processing.
Prepare and distribute regional payroll reports and analytics for North America.
Conduct SOX Audit procedures for North America.
Maintain thorough documentation for compliance and auditing.
Offer guidance to employees and internal stakeholders, ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence and consistent service quality.
Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements to support employee experience and efficiency.
Participate in regional projects such as system upgrades, automation initiatives, and AI-based solutions.
Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other corporate teams to ensure regulatory alignment and compliance.
Provide support for additional payroll-related projects and programs as required.
What we look for:
Required
EducationBachelor’s degree in business or human resourcesrelated.
Experience2 years of experience in payroll services or HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi-country scope.
SpecializedKnowledgeKnowledge of payroll processes and compliance requirements in Mexico, U.S., and Canada
