YOUR ROLE

As an EDI Analyst, you will manage and support the electronic exchange of critical business documents, including Material Releases, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and Advance Ship Notices (ASNs), between the company and its trading partners. This role requires hands-on experience supporting EDI processes within SAP ECC and acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT systems, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant data flow in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot EDI transactions within SAP ECC, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of business-critical data with trading partners.
• Configure, map, test, and support EDI documents such as Material Releases, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and ASNs.
• Troubleshoot EDI transmission errors, data inconsistencies, and integration issues involving SAP ECC and connected EDI systems.
• Coordinate EDI onboarding for new trading partners, including testing, validation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders to resolve SAP ECC/EDI integration issues.
• Support SAP ECC business processes associated with MM, FI, SD, and PP modules.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting EDI processes and integrations within SAP ECC.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP ECC, with exposure to MM, FI, SD, and/or PP modules.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting EDI transactions, transmission errors, and SAP-related integration issues.
• Familiarity with EDI business documents such as Material Releases, Purchase Orders, Invoices, and ASNs.
