Job Description

The Myopia Management Specialist leads the implementation and execution of CooperVision’s myopia management strategy, with a strong focus on commercial execution and customer partnership development. The role is responsible for achieving sales objectives through consultative selling, technical product expertise, and strategic account management.

This position combines sales leadership, clinical education support, and market development to accelerate the adoption of myopia management solutions such as MiSight, while strengthening long-term relationships with key customers.

  • Execute the myopia management commercial strategy within the assigned territory to achieve revenue and unit targets.
  • Identify, develop, and manage business opportunities within A and B accounts and oversee coverage of distributor-managed C accounts.
  • Drive adoption of CooperVision’s myopia management program through consultative selling, customer education, and value-based proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with the local sales force to align commercial strategies, territory plans, and customer priorities.
  • Implement marketing and commercial initiatives, tools, and programs developed at local and regional levels, including Navigator and other strategic platforms.
  • Support product launches and promotional campaigns to ensure effective execution and market penetration.
  • Provide product knowledge, clinical insights, and training to eye care professionals through workshops, in-office sessions, and educational events.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and market trends, preparing structured reports on activities, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting through CRM systems (Salesforce), visit reports, and work plans.
  • Represent CooperVision professionally at congresses, meetings, and industry events, reinforcing the company’s image and values.
  • Support additional brands within the portfolio when required, based on country priorities and business needs.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a results-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to deliver structured clinical and commercial presentations.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of myopia management, contact lenses, or ophthalmic solutions.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
