We have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Concession Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft & JAG Womenswear & Menswear MYER Mackay Store.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive sales & customer experience

• Support the Concessions Manager to achieve sales targets and KPIs across all brands and pads
• Lead by example by delivering exceptional customer service and creating a strong customer experience
• Use sales insights and product knowledge to identify opportunities and drive performance

Build strong relationships

• Build positive relationships with Myer store, floor and operations teams
• Work collaboratively with other concessions to support a strong customer experience
• Represent APG & Co brands professionally within the Myer environment

Lead & develop the team

• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching and support to the team
• Motivate and engage team members to achieve sales and service expectations
• Role model APG & Co values and contribute to a positive team culture
• Support the Concessions Manager with performance and team development

Maintain brand & VM standards

• Ensure pads are presented and merchandised in line with brand and VM guidelines
• Maintain strong product knowledge and share this with the team
• Ensure promotional and merchandising initiatives are executed accurately and on time

Support store operations

• Assist with roster planning, stock management and daily store operations
• Ensure business communications and initiatives are actioned effectively
• Support loss prevention and compliance with APG & Co and Myer policies
• Act as a key point of contact for the team in the absence of the Concessions Manager
