Mybee is the only fully digital car subscription provider, launched in Lithuania. It‘s a new way of having a car allowing to subscribe it and use it the same day, without paper documents or long-term commitments. MyBee aims to bring as much simplicity as possible to an increasingly faster-living society that values sustainable solutions. The car subscription solution has been inspired by CityBee, a well-established car-sharing brand in the Baltics. We're looking for a customer-focused Project Manager who enjoys building strong relationships with existing customers and coordinating day-to-day fleet operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing relationships with existing customers and ensuring a great customer experience
• Responding to customer enquiries, understanding their needs and resolving issues
• Recommending suitable solutions based on customer needs
• Preparing and managing contracts and keeping customer information up to date
• Keeping sales records accurate and preparing regular reports
• Taking care of the standing fleet together with the Fleet team — monitoring vehicle statuses, coordinating and organising any required work
• Managing rental returns and resolving any issues related to returned vehicles

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Experience in customer service, account management, sales, or a similar customer-facing role
• A proactive and hands-on mindset, with the ability to take ownership and get things done
• Ability to manage challenging situations, solve problems and stay solution-focused under pressure
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with different teams
• Fluency in Estonian and English (Russian is a plus)
• Good Excel skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
