You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

· Payroll Operations Management: Drive the full spectrum of payroll operations, partnering closely with the Sub-Saharan Africa People Team to deliver seamless, error-free payroll cycles.
· Statutory & Third-Party Payments: Ensure all statutory obligations and third-party payments are processed accurately and within prescribed timelines, mitigating any risk of penalties or non-compliance.
· Compliance & Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls and compliance frameworks, proactively identifying gaps and implementing corrective measures to uphold the highest standards of governance.
· Validation & Accuracy: Oversee rigorous payroll data validation processes to ensure completeness, consistency, and correctness of all payroll inputs and outputs.
· Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the central point of coordination between cross-functional teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment on payroll deliverables and compliance requirements.

· Expertise in end-to-end payroll, including validation, compliance, and control.
· Familiarity with payroll operations, tax regulations, and labor laws in Sub-Saharan Africa markets.
· Working in a shared service organization
· Team player with strong stakeholder management.
· Proven ability to handle multiple payroll entities with diverse requirements.
· Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
· Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience
· Communicating effectively, applying interpersonal skills and taking initiative

Education / Certifications:
· University Bachelor's degree
· 2-5 years of experience managing payroll, accounts
