Job Description

Here, at the Tel Aviv Studio, we love building games that bring people together.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Monetization Manager to join our myKONAMI team, serve our huge community of players, and lead live operations to new heights.

We need someone who is proactive, deeply analytical, and highly creative - a strong project owner who knows how to manage their own tasks and lead cross-functional execution seamlessly. If you're a results-obsessed team player with a passion for continuous improvement, this is the role for you!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project Management: Lead in-game daily promotions from concept to full production deployment, driving revenue growth and reaching business targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with designers, game economy, product, operations, and analytics teams to execute high-impact initiatives.
  • Data & Live Monitoring: Dive deep into hourly and daily performance metrics to stay closely connected to game activity, player behavior, and key KPIs.
  • Innovation & Ideation: Concept and test new promotional strategies and innovative concepts to elevate the overall player experience and boost monetization.
  • Game & Player Authority: Become the primary expert on the game's monetization ecosystem, understanding what drives player engagement and motivation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Monetization Manager (or similar role) in the gaming industry or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven End-to-End Ownership: Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently from ideation to delivery.
  • Data-Driven & Results-Oriented: Exceptional analytical skills with a habit of diving deep into metrics to optimize performance.
  • Cross-Team Leadership: Solid experience collaborating with and guiding multi-disciplinary teams (Designers, Analysts, Economy, Product).
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: A positive, collaborative "people person" who knows how to motivate others, push projects forward, and focus on continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

This is a hybrid role based in our Tel Aviv office

About PLAYSTUDIOS

COMPANY:

Ordinarily, we would devote this space to telling you all the typical things about our innovative company, our experienced management team, and our inspiring culture. But talk is cheap. So instead, we'll let our work speak for us. At the end of the day, it is the ultimate reflection of who we are and what we value. And through this work, we hope that principles like creativity, quality, and fun are seen as more than empty aspirations. We hope that they are recognized as the defining attributes of all that we do.

CULTURE:

We believe that a company culture is not defined by a brightly colored office, a nice ping pong table, or a well-stocked kitchen. We believe it is revealed in the number of times each day that we laugh out loud, learn something new, get inspired, look forward to a class reunion, take time for lunch, choose the music, test our limits, get what we need, ship something great, recognize our impact, and wake up excited. If that’s not your current career story, then we’d love to have you join ours.

TEAM:

PLAYSTUDIOS is the banner flown by a tight-knit crew of entrepreneurs, artists, software developers, product managers, and producers. Although we come from different lands and disciplines, we share a passion for our work and a belief in the opportunity we are pursuing.
