We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our cruise division. You don’t need prior experience in the travel industry—just a knack for hitting sales targets, stellar customer service skills, and a passion for all things cruise-related. No experience in travel necessary

Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from the nation's top cruise and travel experts in a lively, fast-paced environment. By the end, you'll be a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant with guaranteed career opportunities within Ignite's cruise team.

As a Cruise Expert, you’ll get to experience cruising first-hand. Plus, you'll enjoy exclusive travel discounts, monthly recognition programs, access to health consultants and financial advisors, and a beautiful beachfront office in Broadbeach. How awesome is that?

What you'll be doing...

As a Cruise Sales Consultant, you'll enjoy the perks of our unique business model.

With excellent inquiries pouring in for our Fly, Stay & Cruise holiday packages, your role is to excel in sales and bring these fantastic offerings to fruition.

Our dedicated Aftersales Team will handle post-sale bookings, ensuring a smooth customer experience. If you have a passion for selling, this role is tailor-made for you.

Who you are...

  • Minimum 2 years in the customer service industry
  • Exceptional multitasking ability, you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations
  • Competent level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or similar program
  • Competent in updating and maintaining CRM data
  • You must value the importance of developing strong relationships
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
  • Experienced travelling overseas - ideal
