Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serves client’s patients over the phone with initial order of diabetes testing supplies and related products
  • Maintains high call volume
  • Provides excellent customer service

Job Required Qualification:

  • High School diploma or GED (General Education Development)
  • 1 - 2-year(s) work experience in a customer service call center - Healthcare account experience preferred –
  • Sales background
  • Excellent Customer service skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
  • English language advance, written and verbal (Typing accuracy written English) and language Spanish
  • High comfort level working with culturally diverse team members and clients, open to feedback and suggestions. work under pressure and must be keen into details.
  • Proficient mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Some experience with medical insurance and/or durable medical equipment preferred
  • Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or medical device experience.
  • At least 1 year Healthcare account experience
  • With sales background
  • Can work under pressure and must be keen into details
  • Must be open to feedback and suggestions
  • Must have back up internet/ISP in case of outage
  • Adapts quickly to frequent process changes and improvements.
  • Effective interpersonal skills

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls to ensure client will sign up with the product that we offer
  • Upselling
  • Provides effective customer service while verifying and updating patient accounts.
