Job Title:

MX Electronic Materials Account ManagerThe Senior Sales Account Manager is responsible for leading and developing strategic customer accounts within the electronic and automotive markets. This role executes account strategies, influences commercial decision‑making, and contributes to business planning while driving growth, customer satisfaction, and long‑term value creation. Success in this position is achieved through strong relationship management, a solid technical understanding of customer applications, and close cross‑functional collaboration. The role includes managing both global and local Tier 1 and Tier 2 customers, as well as contract manufacturers serving automotive and electronic markets.

This is a fully remote position; however, the ideal candidate will be remotely based in Cd Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

Responsibilities Include:

Account Management & Growth

  • Manage commercial activities for assigned commercial accounts

  • Identify growth opportunities and lead solution development

  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders

Technical & Commercial Execution

  • Translate customer needs into actionable commercial strategies

  • Coordinate internal resources to deliver differentiated offerings

  • Lead pricing discussions and contract negotiations

Forecasting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data

  • Monitor account performance and drive profitability

  • Contribute to business reviews and strategic planning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams

  • Share customer insights to inform product and service improvements

  • Support cross-functional initiatives and knowledge sharing

Leadership & Influence

  • Represent sales in internal forums and customer engagements

  • Contribute to segment-level strategy and capability development

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

  • Bachelor’s degree in chemical, industry or electronics engineering, chemistry, business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum +10 years' experience in the Electronic and/or automotive market segment
  • At least 3 years of Commercial experience in the electronic and automotive manufacturing process industry or technical sales experience with adhesives for electronics -auto market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

The following are preferred for the role

  • Familiarity with CRM tools, forecasting systems, and commercial analytics

  • Advanced degree or professional certification

  • Experience working with global teams for execution.
