Job Description

The Amazon Mexico team is looking for a talented, smart, and experienced PM to help us build an exceptional Customer Fulfillment Experience (CFX).
Joining the CFX team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment.

The Sr DEX PM will be responsible for managing the delivery experience strategy. They will also partner with operations, business partners and IES CFX teams, among others to accelerate speed and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

We expect this person to be a passionate customer and a business advocate within Amazon, with proven analytical capabilities and project management skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task. The ideal candidate must be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator working with cross functional teams across Amazon. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, operations, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and resilience.

- Develop Speed Strategy
- Influence IES Product Pipeline
- Identify areas of opportunity to accelerate delivery speed performance
- Continuously audit to improve the customer experience and business performance

About the team
The position is for an individual contributor that is able to coordinate and influence multiple teams located in different countries, and reports to the MX Speed Lead.

We are looking for a leader with super-powers in analytics and getting things done (a not-that-frequent combination!). S/he should be a self-starter that thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to think big, and the willingness to roll up sleeves to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Basic Qualifications


- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
