The Workforce MVI Challenge Station-Automotive Technician reports directly to the Dean of Technical Studies and Adult Education. The technician is responsible for testing vehicle emissions for residents in the five LDEQ service areas and will assist with testing procedures for motor vehicle inspection station personnel using the emissions inspection software. The technician will also be responsible for the day-to-day operation, including scheduling appointments, testing vehicles, reporting test outcomes and providing excellent customer service.
