Responsible for SAP HR systems administration, configuration, performance tuning and/or optimization, maintenance, system security, authorization and integration with SAP cloud services. Worldwide coordination at global Basis team, IT competence centers, IT Management in full cooperation with HR IT Team and in accordance with standard IT guidelines. Manage services with Data center providers. Provides support for business unit and relevant competence center technical requirement. Coordinate with HR IT for SAP system related requirement. Support for SAP implementation, SAP improvement or regular upgrade activities. Maintains documentation and library of technical/functional reviews and implementation.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Electronic) or equivalent.
Background in supporting SAP HR/HCM systems and related products and technologies used by ContiTech.
*At least 3 years extensive working experience in the related field such as but not limited to installation, setup and maintenance of SAP HR/HCM systems, Output Management, SAP Security and Authorizations, integration, security patching and upgrades
*Proficiency in database administration (Oracle, HANA…)
*Operating system knowledge (Windows, Linux, Unix)
*Knowledge and experience in: SAP Workflow / CHARM / SAP Fiori / S4 HANA an advantage
*Knowledge and experience in SAP Cloud Framework and BTP integrations an advantage
*Capability in analysing and solving complex problems and incidents
*Ability in handling IT projects and proficiency in coordinating business demands
*Outstanding knowledge and understanding of SAP cross-functional and business processes an advantage
*Experience working with intercultural and multinational team an advantage
*Above average interpersonal skills, good team player and preferably with leadership potential
*Outstanding command of English language both in oral and written communication
*Highly collaborative and diligent
*Capability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure
