Technicians are responsible for daily service calls and maintenance issues with the various Vending Machine Equipment. Great Active Job!

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Drive Company Van or Truck to and from Customer locations
• Service calls
• Setup of various vending equipment
• Preventative Maintenance
• World Class Service helping our team and customers to improve & maintain client relations
• On-call rotation
• Drive Company Vehicle
• Lifting and using equipment to load and unload (100+ pounds) on and off vehicle to and from clients
• Walking, Standing, Bending, Overhead reaching, stooping, Using Stairs, Driving
• Deductive reasoning to understand and problem solve issues with equipment
• Parts and tool inventories
• Use of hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, truck lift gates
• Regular On-time Attendance

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A 2 year degree in Business Management or Maintenance Technologies is a plus.
• Mechanical and/or electrical background, either from previous work experience or formal training
• Adequate knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration processes
• Exceptional communicating and client relations skills.

• Willingness to work in a non-climate controlled shop environment, and traveling to client locations to service equipment and installs
• Ability to have, and improve upon, professional working relations with Imperial clients
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Willingness to be involved in an on call rotation. Weekend, nights, and early morning service calls required as on call rotated.
