How you will make an impact:
Join Cabrini Women’s Mental Health Service as a Music Therapist and play a meaningful role in supporting women’s mental health and recovery. Working within a compassionate, multidisciplinary team, you will deliver therapeutic sessions on our inpatient ward, using music to promote emotional expression, connection, and wellbeing.

About the role:
As a Music Therapist, you will:
Facilitate evidence-based music therapy to support women experiencing complex mental health conditions, including trauma, mood disorders, and addiction.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery through creative, therapeutic approaches.
Provide a safe and supportive space where patients can connect, express themselves, and build resilience through music.
What we're looking for:
You are a qualified Music Therapist (registered with AMTA) with:
Experience in mental health settings, preferably with women-focused care.
Strong group facilitation skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work within a dynamic team.
