Position We are seeking a board-certified music therapist who will provide Music Therapy for those of all ages in the Autism and Developmental/ Intellectual Disabilities communities. The music therapist works as part of an interdisciplinary team to foster people’s skill development to achieve their personal dreams and goals. Our music therapists also collaborate as a group and learn from each other with our many presentations, group discussions, peer supervision, and mentorship opportunities sustained by having 28 MT-BCs at one company!
Schedule:
· Three days per week are held in clinic space
· One day per week in the community (mileage reimbursed),
· One paperwork day (work from home or in our office)
Compensation starts at $33 per hour and remains competitive based on experience. This position is full time upon hire. Hours are flexible. All Music Therapists report to one of our Directors of Music Therapy.

We are certified through The Division of Disability, Aging, and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) and The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services (BDDS) for the state of Indiana to provide specific services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
We serve children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities. The ages of people we serve range from 4 to 82 years of age. The majority of people are autistic or intellectually disabled with communication disorders. Each person has specific goal driven objectives to support living skills, self-advocacy skills and individual growth.
