We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join a CBSE-affiliated institution in Jaipur. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about music education and committed to nurturing students’ creativity, confidence, and appreciation for music.

As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and structured music lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum. You will introduce students to various aspects of music, including vocal and/or instrumental training, rhythm, melody, and basic music theory. The role involves creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and develop their musical abilities.

You will play a key role in organizing school performances, events, and competitions, helping students showcase their talents and build stage confidence. This position also requires collaboration with other faculty members to integrate music into broader school activities and enhance the overall learning experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver music lessons in alignment with CBSE curriculum guidelines
• Teach vocal and/or instrumental music, including basic music theory and techniques
• Encourage student participation and foster creativity through interactive teaching methods
• Prepare students for performances, competitions, and school events
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
• Create a supportive and engaging classroom environment for all learners
• Organize and coordinate music-related activities, events, and programs
• Collaborate with other teachers to integrate music into school initiatives
• Maintain discipline and ensure effective classroom management
• Stay updated with new teaching methods and trends in music education

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Minimum 1+ year of experience as a Music Teacher or in a similar role
• Strong foundation in music (vocal and/or instrumental) with knowledge of music theory
• Familiarity with CBSE curriculum or school teaching standards is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students across different age groups
• Creative approach to teaching and lesson planning
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching music
