Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will support the delivery of the Stepping Stones project, helping museums across Suffolk to develop, improve and thrive. You will work closely with museum staff, volunteers, and partners to maximise opportunities, secure funding, and deliver meaningful projects.

The team
This role sits within Public Health, Communities and Public Safety Directorate and is delivered in partnership with the Association for Suffolk Museums (AFSM). The project is funded by AFSM, the National Lottery Heritage Fund, Historic England, and Suffolk local authorities.
You will work closely with the Project Manager for Museums and colleagues across Suffolk County Council, as well as museum professionals and volunteers across the county.
