Grounds maintenance duties include mowing lawns; trimming shrubs by hand; removing weeds; picking up litter; and collecting trash. Performs manual landscaping work, such as installing trail ties and loading/unloading fertilizer and mulch. Assists with park building maintenance and cleaning, including sweeping and mopping floors. Supports special events by loading/unloading materials and setting up and breaking down tables and chairs. Completes other park maintenance tasks as assigned.

HOURS: Flexible starting time March/April through fall. Up to 40 hours per week, occasional evenings or Saturdays will be required. Enrolled in City Retirement System, no benefits.
Must be at least 18 years of age, or 17 years old with High School Diploma or GED
