The Municipal Fellowship Program offers early-career professionals the opportunity to work directly within municipal departments, contribute to high-impact projects, and gain exposure to the operations and priorities that drive local government. Fellows will collaborate with leadership teams, support strategic initiatives, and help deliver meaningful services to residents.
This is a paid, one-year fellowship with a comprehensive benefits package. Upon successful completion of the program, Fellows may be considered for full-time employment (FTE) based on performance, organizational needs, and funding availability.
