The Role

We’re looking for a Multi-Site Practice Manager to join our Queensland team, based on the Gold Coast, supporting and leading multiple clinics across the state.

This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong commercial and sales focus. You’ll work closely with Assistant Managers, practitioners, teams and shareholders to improve practice performance, develop people and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Our business model is unique, so there isn’t always a playbook to follow. We’re looking for someone who can think outside the box, pivot when needed and find creative, practical solutions.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting multiple practice teams across Queensland.
• Building strong relationships with practitioners, teams and shareholders.
• Driving practice performance, sales, patient conversion and commercial outcomes.
• Coaching teams to improve performance and deliver an exceptional patient journey.
• Identifying opportunities to improve the way our practices operate and grow.
• Supporting recruitment, training, development and leadership across the group.
• Monitoring KPIs and financial performance and taking action where needed.
• Working closely with senior leadership to implement new initiatives.
• Travelling regularly between Queensland clinics and being visible and hands-on with your teams.

About You

This role will suit someone who is commercially minded, people-focused and comfortable operating outside of a traditional corporate structure.

You’ll need to be mature, grounded and genuinely invested in the people around you. Strong relationships will be critical to your success, along with the ability to have honest conversations, make decisions and take ownership.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven experience leading teams, ideally across multiple locations.
• Are commercially driven and understand the link between people, sales and performance.
• Are confident coaching teams around sales, KPIs and patient conversion.
• Think creatively and look for solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
• Are comfortable with change, ambiguity and a unique business model.
• Build trust quickly with different personalities and levels of seniority.
• Are confident holding people accountable and having difficult conversations.
• Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved.
• Have strong emotional intelligence and genuinely care about developing people.
• Are Gold Coast based and comfortable travelling regularly across Queensland.
