Road Worker
In this role, you’ll:
• Carry out road maintenance and emergency response activities.
• Perform a variety of manual labouring tasks using powered and non-powered tools and equipment.
• Assist with traffic control and work zone activities.
• Travel across the region and work outside normal hours when required.
• Work safely and collaboratively within a team environment.
Essential requirements:
• Current Construction Industry White Card.
• Current Australian Driver Licence (minimum Class C).
• Experience in road maintenance, civil construction or similar environments.
• Willingness to undertake additional training and licences if required.
Plant Operator
In this role, you’ll:
• Operate plant equipment including excavators, skid steers, rollers and other machinery.
• Complete safety checks, basic maintenance and refuelling of equipment.
• Assist with hands-on road worker duties as required.
• Follow WHS and environmental requirements.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
Essential requirements:
• Current Construction Industry White Card.
• Current Australian Driver Licence (minimum Class C).
• Demonstrated experience operating plant equipment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Willingness to obtain additional licences or tickets where required.
MR Truck Driver
In this role, you’ll:
• Safely operate MR trucks and associated equipment.
• Transport, load and secure materials for worksites.
• Assist with labouring tasks and operate small plant where required.
• Follow WHS and environmental procedures.
• Work collaboratively to deliver safe and quality outcomes.
Essential requirements:
• Current Australian MR Driver Licence or above.
• Current Construction Industry White Card.
• Experience operating trucks and working in construction, transport or similar industries.
• Strong safety focus and practical problem-solving skills.
