We are seeking an experienced Para-Professional to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY ZHONGSHAN TRANSFORMER COMPANY LIMITED, specializing in multiple repair and maintenance trades. This role involves executing diverse technical tasks to ensure the optimal functioning and longevity of our transformer systems and related infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform routine and corrective maintenance on various transformer components, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and ancillary infrastructure.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot complex faults and malfunctions across different trade areas, including electrical, mechanical, and potentially civil aspects.
* Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments of parts and systems using appropriate tools and techniques, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
* Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and activities to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failures.
* Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals to guide repair and maintenance operations.
* Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately, including work performed, parts used, and time spent.
* Collaborate with engineering, production, and other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations and problem resolution.
* Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
* Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and stay updated with new technologies and maintenance practices.
* Provide support for installation and commissioning activities of new equipment when required.

Job Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in multiple repair and maintenance trades, preferably within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
* Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following areas: industrial electrical systems, mechanical maintenance (e.g., hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating machinery), or relevant civil/structural repair.
* Technical diploma or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., Electrical Technology, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Industrial Maintenance).
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
* Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, blueprints, and manuals.
* Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and accessing technical documentation.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working in various industrial settings.
* Commitment to safety and adherence to all workplace safety procedures.
* Fluency in Mandarin is preferred; English proficiency is a plus.
