
The Multimedia Specialist plays an active role in supporting and creating media experiences across campus as well providing technical support and expertise for Teaching and Learning space audio/visual technology. This position is ideal for someone passionate about video production, live event broadcast, and digital storytelling working with cutting-edge audio-visual technology, assist in producing high-quality content for events and classrooms, and collaborate with faculty and students on creative projects. This role will offer hands-on experience with industry-standard tools while contributing to a vibrant campus media environment. In addition, this role will work closely with the Multimedia Coordinator to support technology in multimedia classrooms and campus locations and provides professional experience and skills in supporting the existing planning and implementation of refreshed audio and video hardware installations.

This is a full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible position. This position description is not all-inclusive as other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned. Work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the academic year, with a possible shortened workweek during the scheduled summer hours’ time period. Occasional weekend and evening hours will be required to support campus events as well as participating in team On-Call responsibilities. Pay range: $23-$30/ hr.
