Infopro Learning is expanding a dedicated multimedia design team supporting a global enterprise client. This team produces visual assets, illustrations, and motion graphics used across digital learning experiences, training videos, and interactive content.
As a Senior Multimedia Designer, you will collaborate with instructional designers, developers, and media specialists to translate learning concepts into engaging visual and animated assets used in large-scale training programs.
Depending on your strengths and experience, you may focus primarily on visual design, illustration, or motion graphics, while contributing to a collaborative media production environment.
This role is ideal for creative professionals who enjoy applying design and storytelling skills to real-world learning and communication challenges.
Create graphics for digital learning experiences including diagrams, infographics, UI elements, and presentation visuals
Translate storyboards and instructional concepts into clear visual designs
Maintain visual consistency across learning programs and assets
Design custom illustrations including characters, icons, and visual environments
Develop storyboards and concept sketches for learning videos and animations
Produce illustration libraries used across learning modules
Create animated content and motion graphics for training videos and digital learning
Edit video content including graphics, voiceover, and audio
Apply animation principles to produce clear visual storytelling
Across all specializations you will:
Work closely with instructional designers and development teams
Translate storyboards and concepts into production-ready assets
Follow brand and visual standards
Deliver high-quality work within project timelines
Candidates typically bring experience with some combination of:
Adobe After Effects
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Premiere
Adobe Animate
Adobe InDesign
Additional experience may include:
Digital illustration tools (Procreate, Sketchbook)
Storyboarding tools
Generative AI tools used for creative ideation
We are seeking candidates with 4–9 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
Visual design for digital media or eLearning
Illustration or digital asset creation
Motion graphics or video animation
Candidates typically fall within one of the following experience bands:
Mid-Level Designer (4–6 years experience)
Strong hands-on experience creating visual, illustrated, or animated assets for digital media projects.
Senior Designer (7–9 years experience)
Advanced experience producing complex visual or animated content and collaborating closely with design, development, and instructional teams.
A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is required.
A portfolio is required as part of your application and will be the first item reviewed during candidate evaluation
Please include 2–4 examples of work that demonstrate at least one of the following
Motion graphics or animated video content
Custom illustrations, characters, icons, or visual storytelling
Visual design assets used in digital learning, presentations, or multimedia content
If possible, include work that shows how you translated storyboards or concepts into final visual assets or animations

Work on large-scale global learning programs
