Job Description

Creative

  • Execute top-quality design from concept to delivery complying with brand standards in execution of marketing materials - Including but not limited to the following: Mailers, Social Media executions, HTML banners, in-store material, broadsheets and OOH.
  • Create campaign mock-ups & pitch to internal teams
  • Design HTML email and newsletter templates optimised for multiple devices, including the ability for partners to customise and manage content.
  • Integrate visually and enhance creative concept, architecture, UI and navigation design for web sites, online advertising and mobile.
  • Develop digital storyboards and animation as needed.
  • Design and develop micro sites, banners, rich emails and other electronic media.
  • Design layouts & code web pages to drive brand campaigns & product launches
  • Utilise customer experience to ensure all site enhancements comply to strict usability guidelines and user-centric best practices.
  • Perform as link between design studio, account and technical development teams.
  • Contribute unique ideas for strategic marketing initiatives for digital products.
  • Coordinate with merchant, technical and operations teams to create, design and define code enhancements for improved productivity.
  • Design with the purpose to always strive for business growth, sustainability and continuity
  • Be aware of new digital trends local and international and constantly search for plausible new ideas / methods

Administration & Digital Maintenance

  • Daily maintenance of all websites to ensure current and relevant visuals and info is displayed within brand guidelines.
  • Track customer journeys online & put correct measures in place in CMS for optimum UX
  • Organise and maintain all website structures and info (IT to support with technical and server queries)
  • Correct filing and archiving of creative work weekly

Educational requirements

  • Minimum BTech Graphic Design / Multimedia Design diploma
  • Computer literacy
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Dreamweaver
  • HTML/CSS
  • Javascript
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Animate
  • Adobe XD
  • Relevant digital design / developmen

Experience required:

  • 5 to 10 years design experience
  • 4 years Magento CMS management & general back-end exposure
  • Experience in designing for SalesForce would be beneficial
  • Familiar with Word Press & Magento
