Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary/yearK&N Engineering, Inc., based in Corona, CA, has an immediate need for a Multimedia Content Creator. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visually compelling brand content that connects with enthusiasts and supports K&N across all marketing channels.
This position sits at the heart of social media, creativity, and design, with an emphasis on visual storytelling, layout, motion, imagery, and post-production execution. The Multimedia Content Creator brings ideas to life through strong aesthetic judgment, brand consistency, and fast, high-quality creative output across social, digital, product launches, events, and experiential touchpoints.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for visual composition, and is equally comfortable refining concepts, designing static or motion assets, and polishing content for final delivery across multiple platforms.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and create on-brand visual content, including static graphics, motion assets, short-form video stories, and multimedia layouts using industry-standard creative tools
- Design and execute high-impact visual treatments for social media, digital advertising, YouTube, product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns
- Optimize multimedia content for multiple platforms and devices, ensuring compatibility and optimal user experience
- Support the content lifecycle from pre-production planning through post-production editing and final delivery
- Collaborate with marketing, social, product, and creative partners to translate business needs into compelling visual executions
- Proactively monitor internal and external trends and identify opportunities to bring ideas and content to life that support both business goals and community engagement
- Maintain working knowledge of best practices in digital content, social media, and AI, and incorporate learnings into creative projects
- Manage and organize media assets, ensuring consistent file naming and storage practices
- Capture photo and video content as a supporting capability within an overall multimedia content program
- Ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines across all deliverables
- Ensure all assets comply with applicable rights and licensing requirements
QualificationsExperience, Skills & Education
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to deliver high-quality creative work efficiently while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail
- Strong collaborator with clear communication skills and comfort working with internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable representing the brand in person or on camera when appropriate
- Ability to apply typography and graphic design principles to ensure balance, clarity, and readability
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated creative vision that elevates visuals beyond technical execution across social, video, and static content

- Self-starter with strong project management and time management skills, able to prioritize multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable participating in meetings in person and appearing on camera as needed to introduce products, partners, or host presentations
- Passion for cars, trucks, and automotive culture, with an understanding of automotive parts and terminology
- Ability to travel up to 10% to support content and field initiatives
