Within the Electronics Production Center, our teams manufacture cable assemblies, box assemblies, and other electronic hardware supporting critical programs. Quality is foundational to everything we do, and our inspection teams are key to ensuring products are built right and verified to requirements.
THE WORK
This requisition is for a Quality Supervisor responsible for leading the inspection team supporting manufacturing operations within the Electronics Production Center This role provides direct oversight of inspectors performing in-process and final inspection activities across multiple product lines, including cable assemblies, box assemblies, and related hardware.
The selected candidate will ensure the inspection team is properly trained, equipped, and aligned to production priorities while maintaining compliance to engineering, contractual, and quality requirements. This role will work closely with Quality Engineers, Manufacturing, Production, and Program teams to drive product quality, improve execution, and strengthen inspection processes across the manufacturing floor.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00
