You will be the Operations Manager - Aircraft Modifications Site Lead for the Modification Maintenance / Production Team. Our team is responsible for providing leadership for all work performed for a Modification Maintenance / Production Team.

Basic Qualifications

• Aircraft / Task Scheduling experience
• Microsoft Office Suite of Software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project) experience
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Ten (10) years aircraft management experience
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM)
• Capable of working in a fast paced, demanding environment, providing independent thinking, problem resolution, and action with minimal direct oversight by senior management
• Experience working within a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) environment

Desired Skills

Basis of Estimate (BOE) and proposal experience

Experience with the Special Operations Forces (SOF) customer environment.

• C130 aircraft production, modification, install and resource planning
• C130 Flight Line Operations
• C130 Sustainment Operations

Ability to model Lockheed Martin Full Spectrum Leadership competencies

Experience with Culture Optimization, Performance Management Teams (PMTs), or Culture of Accountability (CoA) programs

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $98700.00 - $183300.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
