Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Previous leadership experience
• Appropriate acumen to successfully interact with Program Senior Management, Sr. Management, HR, and Union Leadership
• Demonstrated skills in team building and leading
• Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills

• Experience working with and/or supervising production Paint operations (Dry Film Lube, Primer, Top Coat, etc)
• Experience with Production Wet Processed (Anodizing, Passivation, etc)
• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience Proficient in SAP
• Greenbelt Certification
• Knowledge of CBA and interaction with Union Leadership
• Experience in: First line supervision Collective Bargaining Agreement Programmatic/Operations cost and Driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

• For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
