
The FBM Program is a long standing Lockheed Martin endeavor and is continuing to grow. We are hiring a new Product Line Manager to manage the Systems SE portfolio of projects, building new consoles to replace legacy equipment and maintain and support our current suite of test equipment.
This position does not support teleworking. You will need to live near our Cape Canaveral Space Force Station offsite location and be expected to work a flexible 9x80 schedule in the office full-time.
The FBM Program is experiencing significant growth, and we need your expertise to deliver amazing new technologies to our customers while maintaining the technical requirements of the strategic deterrence. The Product Line Manager is a Leader on the LE – Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) team supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program. You’ll work alongside colleagues and our customers to understand complex needs and requirements, turning them into well-engineered technical solutions.
Manages more than one technical engineering and science organization. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Full-Time Salary Range: $129000.00 - $239600.00
