Position PurposeThe Operations Manager will be assigned to perform the role of Community Manager, at various Northland communities in their assigned region, as determined by staffing needs. When assigned to a community they will perform all duties and have all responsibilities of the Community Manager, representing Northland to residents, staff, and the public, and directing day to day operations at that location. Operations Managers will also be responsible to fill the role of Assistant Community Managers, or travel to underperforming sites to train employees, and improve performance.
