As a Contract and Operations Manager, you will be among the first to undertake this newly created and unique hybrid position. This role is planned as an individual contributor role but has potential to expand to include having direct reports. You will prepare drafts, review and propose redline responses, lead negotiations, and execute a wide variety of different contracts such as new internet/voice/video agreements, amendments, assignments and assumptions, renewals, and terminations.
You will also play a key role in identifying and executing on a variety of internal and client-facing process improvements and customer success initiatives. Your involvement could range from managing projects, data gathering/analysis, assisting on existing projects, leading contract standardization and simplification, Salesforce and CLM tool enhancement efforts, and more!
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are uniquely skilled in legal contract creation, negotiations, and driving broad operational improvements. Single-threaded roles with only routine tasks don’t excite you; you enjoy diving into and simultaneously managing a variety of strategic activities, some of which you have self-identified as being needed.
You’re both an independent worker and collaborative teammate. Ultimately, you’re driven to leverage a wealth of contract management and operational experience to help Frontier win in the Multifamily (MDU) market.
o Serve as the primary Frontier point of contact.
o Draft and manage a variety of legal documents through entire contract lifecycle.
o Review redlines and propose responses to internal and customer’s legal counsel.
o Create and issue AdobeSign or Docusing executables.
o Maintain records and correspondence for in-progress and executed contracts.
