We are seeking an experienced inclusion leader to lead Lifeblood’s Multicultural Inclusion Program. In this role you will build trusted partnerships with culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) communities and senior stakeholders, translating community insights into strategy, and driving culturally responsive practices across the organisation. Your approach will be to engage deeply with multicultural communities and external agencies or partners; listening to understand, co‑creating solutions, and applying an iterative methodology to implement, test, learn and refine programs. You’ll represent Lifeblood at senior levels, including with both key external agencies and businesses as well as across Lifeblood. You will be leading this multi-year program of work will accelerate Lifeblood’s equitable, culturally safe, and welcoming donation and employee experience for the communities we serve.

Senior Program Manager experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-wide, community-led initiatives and programs
Deep expertise in inclusion, multicultural engagement or equity focused programs (industry background flexible)
Strong governance, stakeholder management and committee leadership capability.
Proven ability to translate strategy into clear, practical and measurable outcomes.
Confidence representing an organisation externally, including government, external, and senior stakeholders
Ability to engage and influence cultural change at all levels, from operational teams through to Executive leadership
