SUMMARY: The Multicultural Engagement Associate supports the New England Revolution’s efforts to build meaningful connections with diverse communities across New England. This role assists in planning and executing multicultural initiatives, heritage nights, and community events, while fostering strong relationships with local cultural organizations to deepen community engagement and impact.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support planning, coordination, and execution of heritage nights, multicultural initiatives, and community engagement events.
- Facilitate building and maintaining strong relationships with multicultural community organizations to support ongoing engagement efforts.
- Assist in coordinating One Region, Many Roots community clinics, Slyde mascot appearances, and grassroots events supported by brand ambassadors.
- Provide on-site support during multicultural activations, including player appearances and fan engagement activities.
- Track, document, and report on multicultural engagement activities and community outreach efforts to support program evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience in community engagement, marketing, or event coordination considered.
- 0–2 years of experience in community relations, marketing, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Spanish or Portuguese fluency preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for cultural diversity, inclusion, and community engagement.
- Ability to work nights and weekends as required to support events and activations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
