Your new role
The MCE (Multi‑Channel Engagement) Lead will drive omni‑channel orchestration across the affiliate to gather meaningful multi‑channel engagement data that impacts business outcomes. This role develops non‑personal channel, MCE, and content strategies, localizes global International Operations (IO) initiatives, and leads implementation and operations to enhance customer experience. The incumbent will enable advanced analytics and automation by managing MCE data, collaborating with BI and IO teams, and leveraging Novo Nordisk’s data lake capabilities. Cross‑functional leadership and external partner management are required to deliver scalable, personalized touchpoints and next‑level IO projects.
