Your Impact

Operational Planning & Execution

  • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice portfolioensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence and develop strategies to increase organic patient growth
  • Constantly reviewallclinic environmentsand key business indicators toidentifyproblems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement to provide coaching and direction to team

Compliance & Patient Safety

  • Partner with Compliance, DC Institute and Human Resources to ensureall practices arefully compliant and meet the provincial health regulation standards
  • Oversee and reinforce compliance programs across multiple locations, ensuring alignment and accountability at the practice level
  • Workin accordance withDentalcorp’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and in compliance with applicable provincial legislation

Leadership

  • Lead,coachand motivate the teamsto improve productivity,engagementand retention of patients
  • Drive the implementation of company programs,policiesand procedures by supporting action plans and directly motivating the teamsto meet operational and companyobjectives
  • Support recruitment efforts to interview dental professionals and assess for best fit
  • Manage and analyze daily staffing costsand payroll administration; oversee accounts receivable process

About You:

  • University or College Diploma in business or office administration
  • 3-5years experienceas a Dental Practice Manager isrequired
  • Multi-unit Practice Management experience is considered an asset
  • Experience in a supervisory or management role contributing to business operations including staff scheduling, finances,inventoryand people management
  • Strong business acumen and extensive experience in budgeting and forecasting
  • Experience with dental software systems and Microsoft Office is preferred
  • Strong commitment tomaintaininghealth regulation and operational standards
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with ability to adapt to change
  • Willingness to work varied hours to align with business needs
  • Ability to travel between multiple practice locations
