Über die Rolle

Wir suchen Dich ab sofort als Multi Unit Manager:in (m/w/d) für unsere backWERK Filialen am Hauptbahnhof Hannover in Vollzeit.

Wir übertragen Dir folgende Aufgaben:

  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das operative Geschäft von zwei backWERK Stores.
  • In Deiner Tätigkeit entwickelst und gewährleistest Du den reibungslosen Betriebsablauf unter Einhaltung der finanziellen Kennzahlen.
  • Als unsere Nummer Eins vor Ort gestaltest Du die Dienstpläne, sorgst für die Einhaltung unserer Qualitätsstandards und hast immer ein offenes Ohr für Deine Mitarbeiter:innen.
  • Du bist nicht nur Verantwortungsträger:in, sondern packst selbst auf der Fläche aktiv mit an.
  • Außerdem hast Du den Warenbestand sowie die Einnahmesicherung immer im Blick und führst Inventuren durch.

Dafür bringst Du mit:

  • Deine Führungsqualitäten konntest Du bereits in der Gastronomie unter Beweis stellen, idealerweise in Bäckereien.
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse helfen Dir die Zusammenhänge und Kennzahlen im Store zu verstehen.
  • Um Dinge voranzutreiben, bringst Du das nötige Durchsetzungsvermögen mit und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
  • Du hast Lust auf Abwechslung und bringst die Bereitschaft für Schicht-, Nacht- und Wochenenddienste mit.
  • In hektischen Zeiten behältst Du Ruhe und einen klaren Durchblick.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
