Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Were looking for a reliable and skilled Multi Trader to join a reputable and growing domestic property maintenance company in London.
Youll be completing a wide variety of maintenance, repair, and small works tasks across domestic homes only Typical duties may include basic plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, tiling, plastering, and general household repairs depending on your strengths.
Youll be working independently, visiting residential properties to diagnose issues and complete works to a high standard.

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 5:30 PM
Salary: £32,000 £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Company van, fuel card, and PPE provided
28 days holiday (including bank holidays)

Please note: You must have your own basic hand tools.
Carrying out general domestic maintenance and repair work
Completing tasks such as:
Basic plumbing (taps, leaks, toilets, radiators, etc.)
Carpentry repairs
Painting & decorating
Tiling and grout repairs
Plastering and patch repairs
General handyman tasks
Diagnosing issues in residential properties and completing repairs safely and effectively
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
Maintaining accurate job notes and paperwork
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach
Strong experience in domestic property maintenance
Good all-round knowledge across several trades
Ability to work independently and problem-solve on-site
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional, reliable, and proactive
Must have own hand tools
