Collective Trade Services, part of Ambrose Construct Group is one of Australia’s largest insurance repair specialists, with offices in every state. We’re expanding our trade team in Perth, WA and surrounding areas, and are looking for skilled Multi-Trade Professionals, Plasterers and Painters to join us!

In this hands-on role, you’ll carry out a variety of trade tasks to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance for our clients. This is a great opportunity for a versatile tradesperson with a passion for high-quality workmanship and a strong eye for detail.

We are looking for:

• Plasterers: Install and finish plasterboard to a professional standard, ensuring smooth, precise results.
• Multi-Trade Professionals: Carry out general building repairs across multiple trade areas to maintain functionality and appearance.
• Painters: Prepares surfaces, applies paint, stains, and coatings to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces, and ensures a smooth, even, high‑quality finish.

Responsibilities will include:

• High-quality workmanship: Maintain high standards of quality across all work completed.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues on site quickly and effectively.
• Adaptability: Move between various trades and tasks, managing your workload efficiently.
• Tool Management: Use and maintain your own trade tools for efficient job completion.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety requirements in line with company and statutory guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in painting, plastering, or general building trades.
• Valid driver’s license, White Card, and Blue Card (or willing to obtain).
• Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades, with multi-trade skills highly regarded.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility for occasional overtime to meet project deadlines.
